If you are talking about tax returns you filed in the past you can call the IRS or find a tax professional. They can get copies of past returns. If you are referring to something else you need to be more specific.

It is my opinion that Prayer and help from above to both get your children back and to resolve the reason they were taken in the first place is the best place to start. There is no government higher, no court above that which is established from old. If you have not, get involved in regular "public service", and a local church that reveres the King of Kings, then in time, all will be restored as you trust and obey. This is my opinion and experience.

The Advantage is some people get what they want until they destroy themselves, others, or perhaps a nation or entire people group. The other advantage is the manipulators of the movement make people feel like they are doing the right thing, so they feel better about themselves. A final advantage is they place fear in the hearts of those who oppose them, which keeps lethargy from taking over. Liberal Democracy is both self-seeking and self-serving. It is also violent, manipulative, and vicious. Even to it's own destruction. The end of Liberal Democracy is tyranny, slavery, discrimination, and *****, and yet it continues to grow in popularity. This is due to the systematic deliverance of messages spun to make it look appealing, hence attracting people that are self-seeking or protective of actions that prove the same.

Public Administration is typically the embodied entity that controls and administers the public, their unmet non self-inflicted needs, their taxes, their concerns, and their safety. They are both local, regional, and nationally established to maintain order and civility as well as protect their citizens. This is the role of public administration, though, many with that power begin to abuse it as they or special interest groups with other convictions use the control to their own gain, and even justify it.

There are many adult individuals that do not have the mental capacity to make decisions for themselves nor the wisdom to navigate the red tape of life. They are "Retarded" or Metally Dis-advantaged. These are adults and or children whose caretakers are either non existent or dead. They need a social worker to not be destroyed, exploited, taken advantage of, or abused by people who do not care for such as these. That being said, the God fearing people should be first in line to do this task, not the Government like Mother Teresa, though the Governments primary job is to Protect its people, and this would qualify.
