Why is my SaniFlo Saniaccess 2 tripping my GFCI constantly?
GFCI or RCD tripping is either moisture has entered the motor body or there is a wiring fault.
Neither of which would I consider a warranty issue especially noting the age.
Call an electrician to diagnose the fault first then take it from there.

Hi,
The float switch went bad... probably because of the water...you could replace it, but the parts are hard to get and with the time involved it will be easier and cheaper to replace it...

Pramac generator no power
Based on the information provided, it seems that the generator is producing voltage but not delivering it to the connected devices. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Check the circuit breakers: Make sure the circuit breakers on the generator are not tripped. If they are, reset them and try again.
- Check the connections: Ensure that all the connections between the generator and the devices you are trying to power are secure and not loose.
- Check the voltage regulator: The voltage regulator controls the output voltage of the generator. If it is faulty, it may not be allowing voltage to pass through to the connected devices. You may need to have it tested or replaced.
- Check the automatic voltage regulator (AVR): If your generator has an AVR, it may be malfunctioning and preventing power from reaching the connected devices.
- Check the capacitor: While a visual inspection may not always be enough to detect a faulty capacitor, it is worth checking it with a capacitor tester to make sure it is functioning properly.
- Check the wiring: Inspect the wiring for any signs of damage, such as frayed or broken wires. If you find any, you will need to repair or replace the affected wires.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may need to consult with a qualified technician to diagnose and fix the problem.

Where I can buy the motor of a 24 hour dial time
I had an old Intermatic TN111 indoor timer with the red & green trippers laying around. I just drilled out the plastic plugs holding it together and popped out the timer motor. The timer motor is mechanically identical to the Malibu pool/lighting timer whose timer motor died.. As a bonus you get a spare load switch in case that ever fails. This works for 125VAC timers but not for 230VAC though if you have access to split phase you can run the motor off of 120 VAC and the load off of the 240 VAC
How can fix undercharge code on kipor kde6700ta diessel generator?
The "undercharge" code on a Kipor KDE6700TA diesel generator typically indicates that the battery is not receiving enough charge from the generator's alternator. Here are some steps you can take to address the issue:
- Check the battery: First, check the battery to make sure it is in good condition and fully charged. If the battery is old or damaged, it may not be able to hold a charge even if the alternator is working properly.
- Check the alternator: Use a multimeter to check the alternator's output voltage. The alternator should be producing around 14 volts. If the voltage is lower than this, the alternator may be faulty and in need of repair or replacement.
- Check the wiring: Make sure all wiring connections between the alternator, battery, and generator control unit are clean and tight. Loose or corroded connections can prevent the battery from receiving a full charge.
- Check the voltage regulator: The voltage regulator is responsible for controlling the alternator's output voltage. If the regulator is faulty, it may be allowing too little voltage to reach the battery. Check the voltage regulator with a multimeter and replace it if necessary.
- Check the fuses: Make sure all fuses in the generator's electrical system are in good condition and not blown. A blown fuse can prevent the alternator from charging the battery.
If you are not comfortable performing these steps yourself, it may be best to consult a professional technician to diagnose and repair the issue with your Kipor KDE6700TA diesel generator.
Carrier comfort pro 6100 apu
If the Carrier Comfort Pro 6100 APU is not producing AC voltage, it will shut off as it is designed to do so to protect the system. This is because the APU needs to have a stable voltage output to run properly, and if there is no voltage, the system will shut down.
Regarding the circuit breakers, it's possible that they may be faulty and need to be replaced. You can test the breakers with a multimeter to determine if they are functioning properly. If they are not, you will need to replace them.
However, there could be other issues causing the lack of voltage from the generator. It's possible that the generator itself is faulty or that there is an issue with the voltage regulator. A professional technician with experience working on APUs would be best suited to diagnose and repair the issue.
Fix overtemp light on in kipor kde6700ta diessel generator
The overtemp light on the Kipor KDE6700TA diesel generator indicates that the engine is overheating. Here are some steps you can take to try to resolve the issue:
- Turn off the generator immediately and let it cool down. Check the coolant level in the radiator and top it off if it is low. If the coolant level is consistently low, check for leaks in the coolant system and repair them.
- Check the radiator fins for any blockages that may be preventing airflow. Clean the fins using compressed air or a soft brush.
- Check the fan belt tension and replace the belt if it is worn or loose. A loose belt can cause the fan to rotate at a slower speed, reducing the cooling capacity of the radiator.
- Check the thermostat to ensure that it is functioning correctly. If the thermostat is stuck in the closed position, it can cause the engine to overheat.
- Check the water pump to ensure that it is working correctly. A faulty water pump can reduce the flow of coolant through the engine, causing it to overheat.
- If you have tried all the above steps and the overtemp light is still on, it may be necessary to replace the thermostat, water pump, or other cooling system components. It's recommended to contact Kipor customer support or a qualified technician for further assistance.
Once you have resolved the issue, start the generator and let it run for a few minutes to ensure that it is operating at the correct temperature. Keep an eye on the overtemp light to ensure that it does not come back on.
Coleman Powermate starts but dies after 10 seconds
It sounds like you've already done a lot of troubleshooting, but here are a few more things to check:
- Spark Plug: Check the spark plug for any visible damage or deposits, replace if needed. Make sure it is tightened properly and there is a strong spark when cranking the engine.
- Fuel Filter: Check the fuel filter for any clogs or debris, replace if needed.
- Air Filter: Check the air filter for any damage or clogs, replace if needed. A dirty air filter can restrict air flow to the engine and cause it to stall.
- Vacuum Leaks: Check for any vacuum leaks in the fuel system, this can cause the engine to run poorly and stall.
- Governor System: The governor system regulates the speed of the engine. If it's not functioning properly, the engine may stall. Check the governor arm, linkages, and springs for any damage or looseness.
- Ignition System: Check the ignition system, including the ignition coil and ignition module, for any signs of damage or wear. Replace if necessary.
- Fuel Pump: Check the fuel pump for proper operation, the fuel pump may be failing and not delivering enough fuel to the engine.
These are just a few possibilities, and it's best to consult the owner's manual or a professional mechanic to diagnose and repair the issue.
