Pen camera not opening after charging i reset it but not fixed

If your pen camera is not opening or functioning properly after charging and resetting it, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
  1. Check the power source: Ensure that the charging cable or power source you are using is functioning correctly. Try using a different charging cable or connecting it to a different power outlet or USB port to see if that resolves the issue.
  2. Reset the device: Perform a hard reset on the pen camera. This typically involves pressing and holding the reset button (if available) or removing and reinserting the battery. Refer to the user manual of your specific pen camera model for instructions on how to perform a reset.
  3. Charge the device for an extended period: Sometimes, a longer charging time may be required if the battery is completely drained. Leave the pen camera connected to the charger for an extended period, such as overnight, and then try turning it on again.
  4. Check for firmware updates: Visit the manufacturer's website or contact their customer support to check if there are any available firmware updates for your pen camera. Updating the firmware may resolve any software-related issues.
  5. Contact customer support: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it is advisable to reach out to the manufacturer's customer support for further assistance. They may provide additional troubleshooting steps or suggest sending the device for repair or replacement if it is still under warranty.

Camera has internal memory, will not go off?

Question edited for better English and correct typo. No make and model given, so generic information only. Cameras normally have their own software package where you can open a program and move, edit or delete images. Or You can connect the camera to a computer and open Windows File Explorer. In the left pane you will see the camera as a 'Volume'. I may have the name of the camera or just something like E:\ If you click on that there will be a storage folder in the camera with all the images. You can transfer images to the computer and also delete them..

I just bought a Fujifilm Finepix HS10 and think that the Aperture doesn't work. When I turn the Aperture ring nothing Happens.

The Fujifilm Finepix HS10 camera features a manual aperture ring on the lens barrel. If you're experiencing issues with the aperture not functioning when you turn the ring, there are a few potential causes and troubleshooting steps you can try:
  1. Check the camera mode: Ensure that the camera is set to Manual (M) mode or Aperture Priority (A) mode. In these modes, you should have control over the aperture settings. If the camera is in a different mode, switch to M or A mode to enable manual aperture control.
  2. Enable aperture ring control: Some cameras have a setting that allows you to enable or disable the use of the aperture ring on the lens. Check the camera menu or settings to ensure that the aperture ring control is enabled. If it's disabled, enable it to regain control over the aperture.
  3. Ensure the lens is properly mounted: Check if the lens is securely mounted to the camera body. If the lens is not properly attached, it may result in the aperture ring not functioning. Remove the lens and then carefully reattach it, ensuring it clicks into place.
  4. Clean the electrical contacts: Dust or debris on the lens contacts or camera contacts can sometimes interfere with communication between the camera and lens. Use a clean, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the contacts on both the lens and camera body. This can help ensure proper electrical connections.
  5. Update the camera firmware: Visit the Fujifilm support website and check if there are any firmware updates available for your Finepix HS10 camera. Updating the camera's firmware can address potential bugs or issues that may affect the aperture functionality. Follow the instructions provided by Fujifilm to update the firmware if necessary.
If you have tried these troubleshooting steps and the aperture ring still does not function as expected, it is advisable to contact Fujifilm customer support or take the camera to an authorized service center for further assistance. They will have the expertise to diagnose the specific issue and provide appropriate solutions or repairs if needed.

Fujifilm fine pix camera won't turn on

Old batteries will take a charge, albeit more quickly and cannot supply enough power to carry on working. Time to purchase a new battery and hope you won't need a new camera as well.

Canon powershot A530 gives me memory card error works with my 16Mb SD card but not with my new 2GB SD card

If the original card works this could be an issue with the card itself. If you can, connect the 2Gb to a computer and see if it still gives you problems. While you have it connected 'Format' it. This is basically resetting the memory card. Try this. Connect the card to the computer. Open the File Explorer, (the little folder shaped icon), at the very bottom left of the screen. The memory card should be listed in the box on the left side. Right click the card, (press the Right mouse button once). Another box should appear with a list including the word 'Format'. Click it and follow the instructions. When finished use the same Right Click method and 'Eject' the card. This just tells the computer your removing the card. Retry it in your camera.

I changed batteries in Honeywell digital floor safe AA/RO6/15V now bolts are fully extended and I can't close door.

You have to reset a code as when you change the batteries, the code it had is lost. Put the code in. Withdraw the bolts, extend the bolts with the door open, enter the code to ensure it is working okay. https://honeywellsafes.com/pages/product-manuals 1. Using the factory preset code, "1 2 3 4 5 6" followed by # key, unlock the safe and open the door. 2. Locate and press the small red reset button (see illustration) on the back of the door and the keypad will beep twice and the green LED will light up.

attention! - Honeywell Consumer Products Online Store

Generic Honeywell videos. I can't find any reference to that strange model number, but they all work in a similar way.

My DSC Hx1 eem to work but nothing can be seen thouh the view finder nor on the lcd screen and of course no picture, any ideas?

If your Sony DSC HX1 camera appears to be working, but you can't see anything through the viewfinder or LCD screen, there are a few possible causes for this issue: 1. Display Settings: Check the display settings on your camera. There may be an option to switch between the viewfinder and the LCD screen. Make sure the correct display mode is selected. 2. Viewfinder/LCD Switch: Some cameras have a switch or button that allows you to toggle between the viewfinder and the LCD screen. Ensure that this switch is in the correct position for the display you want to use. 3. Display Brightness: It's possible that the brightness of the viewfinder or LCD screen is set too low, making it difficult to see the image. Check the camera's settings menu for options to adjust the brightness or contrast of the display. 4. Faulty Display: If the above steps don't resolve the issue, it's possible that there is a problem with the camera's viewfinder or LCD screen. This could be due to a loose connection, a damaged cable, or a malfunctioning component. In such cases, it's recommended to have the camera inspected and repaired by a professional technician or the manufacturer's service center. 5. Power Saving Mode: Some cameras have a power-saving feature that turns off the display after a certain period of inactivity. Check the camera's power-saving settings and make sure the display timeout is set to a reasonable duration. If none of these solutions work, it's best to consult the camera's user manual for specific troubleshooting steps or contact Sony customer support for further assistance. They will be able to provide you with more detailed guidance based on the specific model and issue you're facing.
