If you did buy it outright, you just call Telstra and tell them you have purchased a new Konka and you need a Micro SIM or more likely a Nano SIM card for your existing account and phone number. They will ask the IMEI Number of the phone and send it to you through the post, or you can go to a Telstra store and get it whilst you wait. One proviso though, if your current phone is on a lease to purchase deal over 2 years, you still have to pay that off. Is this where you are pressing the key but nothing happens or is the key itself not moving? I think you will probably need to take this to a good mobile repairer.
