What is exterior rendering?
Exterior rendering is the process of applying an external wall covering to the exterior of a house in order to provide added protection to the bricks it's built from.
The external wall covering protects bricks from the effects of weathering and erosion which can, over time, cause both cosmetic and structural damage.
However, the covering alone is not sufficient as this too is susceptible to damage over time from weather and other environmental factors. Therefore, once the wall covering has been applied, it's usually then painted or a wall coating in order to stop it from cracking and prevent damp from seeping through it and into the home. It also requires regular maintenance and re-painting in order to repair any damage that may occur to the paint or wall coatings.

Security light will not work
You must have a three function wall switch. This means in addition to a button that opens and closes the door there are two other buttons on the same wall switch. One is marked LIGHT and the other is marked LOCK.
To have your lights come on automatically when you walk into an open garage you must START with the lights ON. To turn the feature on, turn the lights on manually with the wall switch, then press and hold the LIGHT button for about 10 seconds until the motor unit light bulbs flash. Now, if the light bulbs are on, manually turn them out and then walk out through the open door. The light bulbs should come on.
To disable this feature, start with the light bulbs OFF and everything else is the same.
Can I paint over a previously painted concrete floor that was sealed with a polyurethane type product?
you did not provide info on the type of the paint and what surface it will be used on - there is difference between the floor, desk, wall and car body... all are flat surface but adhesion and work of the paint differs.
depending on the pre-existing paint, but you need always to "key-in" using 120 grit paper or 150 grit screen.
if paints are of same type, then paint in - if these are two different paints, you need to strip or isolate old paint, and then use new paint.

How to clean hardwood floors
For cleaning of hardwood floor onething must keep in mind using of too much wet solution on dirt and then rubbing with cloth can destroy shineness of the floor and makes it dull looking. So it is always best to use
vacuum cleaner for removing dirt particles from the floor.
This is one of the advantages of
hardwood flooring. With the use of
vacuum you can remove other products like hair and nails. For alternate way one can use marketed hardwood floor cleaners. But I will suggest to use
vacuum cleaner for cleaning purpose.

on the back of your garage door opener there is a colored learn button--press and release-the learn indicator light will glow for a short time usually 30 seconds. within thirty seconds press and hold the buton on the hand held remote that you wish to operate your garage door. release the button when the motor unit lights blink. if you don;t have a light, two clicks will be heard. it has learned the code. procedure will be different for multi function control.
