Batteries must come out of both the temperature sensor (transmitter) and base (clock and temperature display). Leave out for about 4 minutes. Replace the batteries in the temperature sensor FIRST and set it about 5 - 10 feet away from the base. Replace the batteries in the base and leave them both set without touching any buttons for at least 15 minutes (usually only takes 5 minutes or so). The temperature should start to display. You can set the clock manually to the correct time and have it get the updates via radio in the evening or night. Should work after all this just fine. (have done it alot of times this way over the years)

Is your cold supply to shower for some odd reason? How old is the device? warranty? persue that route. Customer service is usually helpful (they need to know about problems) .

Hello david41139, This is a sign the spray face is getting clogged or slowed by water deposits. When this happens it will slow the water going through the venturi in the head and begin to express water in the areas it would normally draw in air. The first thing to try is to soak the spray face in CLR. Follow the instructions on the container for use of the CLR. It will most likely instruct you to dilute. Then rinse the head well. Reconnect the head and run water through it. While running you will need to rub the rubber water channels in the spray face. Pulled the front off and blow it out with compressed air. Checked all the capacitors and then clean all the connectors. Once it's together, try again. If this does not help, it is possible the inverter has failed internally which means throwing the whole geni away.

You need to reseat it to the Toilet Base. 1.Turn off water to toilet 2.Flush Toilet 3.Open Tank lid remove any excess water with a sponge 4. Look in the bottom of the tank, there will be two flat blade screws, one on the right one on the left. You will see them sticking out under the tank with a nut on them. 5. Place a wrench on the nut and turn the screw head with a flat blade screw driver. You may have to just hold the screw and loosen the nut under it. Once loosened you will be able to set it level. re tighten the nuts securely. 6. turn water on ck for leaks. If the rubber gromets that are under the screw head get torn you'll have to replace them with some from hdwe store. Not a big deal if you have to replace them, just remove the nuts lift out the bolts replace rubber gromet put back together. Best to you
