I have bought a used natural gas stove & used the oven once & now does not work anymore. Its a Brown model # PS10047.

the door will fall off when opened if both hinges are broken, if only one hinge is broken the door will drop down on one side.

Hi

If you can't turn your oven off, you should know how to shut off the gas valve to the oven.

Use the dial on the front of your oven to turn it off by turning the dial to the "Off" position.

Press the "Off" button on the electronic keypad if you have an updated, electronic gas oven. If the gas oven won't turn off, you may need to shut off the gas line.

Find the gas shutoff valve, usually located behind the stove.

Turn the gas shutoff valve to the "Off" position.

all gas range ignitors have to be just hot enough. i would say put an amp clamp meter on it. if it draws over 2.8 amps its probably good. if under that its bad and replace it.

without a doubt the most common cause of this is a sticking gas valve, in fact that is nearly 100% of the time, I would replacethe valve.I am not familiar with this brand so don't know a parts source.

Error code A03. Replacement: XFT135 XFT135-0D06 2230482. Sensor issues or bad wiring is the usual cause.
