You can try version 15 in compatibility mode: Troubleshoot Compatibility This can help with some (but not all) programs/drivers: 1) Uninstall the program if it's already installed. Then when you install/reinstall it instead of double clicking on the install file right click it and select "Troubleshoot Compatibility" 2) Then click "Try Recommended Settings" and in the next window click "Start the Program" to install it. 3) After it installs see if it works correctly. As possible workaround is to upload the songs to your google drive and to transfer it that way. Upload files and folders to Google Drive

Well, it seems like a file broke or got deleted. Try to reinstall the software. If it still doesn't work, run as administrator.

U can check to see if there is a Broderbund patch to enable it to work in the win 7 environment. If not available, you are screwed. Who needs seven ?- go back to XP and enjoy your program to the fullest.

sounds like a soft ware fault , if you have the disc that came with it, you could try a clean install, this will fix any soft ware fault.
