I get this error message in Create-a-card program

Just a thought: I would remove Quicktime and try the program again. If not prompted to install Quicktime, uninstall the program, install again with the Quicktime version they provide. That will possibly associate the program or its extensions with Quicktime. You can probably update Quicktime after that. Save any work to another folder before uninstall so you don't have to so it over, replace it after the reinstall.

I have a new mac

I can only assume that either 1) your old mac was built before 2006 when apple stopped shipping powerpc based processors or b) your old mac was running on Snow Leopard or an earlier release of OS X that had the capability of running Power PC programs in an interpreter. From OS X Lion upwards Power PC is no longer supported. Your version looks to be so down level that it is unlikely there will not be an upgrade path. I think you will have to buy a replacement such as iStudio or http://www.broderbund.com/p-846-the-print-shop-mac.aspx.

Every time I boot my computer an error message box

Go to your startup folder and remove the file. Many programs install something in the startup so they will be ready to use, but in reality it takes about as long anyhow.

When I try to add

OK... PRINT MASTER has been around for a LONG time. You did NOT specify your System mfg or model? You did not specify what VERSION of Windows you are using? I would GUESS that you have 32 Bit software AND you are trying to use it on a 64 Bit modern system? There are ways to COMPENSATE with some programs for 'compatibility'... YOU guess! You make me think too hard.

A Standard Ancestor Tree on FTM Version 10 will not save as a PDF File and everytime I try it closes FTM without shutting down properly. I have windows 7 installed on my HP Destop.

I have not used Windows 7 for some time, but I think PDF is one of your printer choices. You should be able to choose print from within FTM, and use the drop down printer menu to choose PDF as the printer. FTM also has a help section on their website.

Business card template with ten images have turned

At home, we mostly use Printmaster for making greeting cards, but I'm guessing the procedure is similar. When you complete one design, select Finish Project, or similar. Then there's a menu option to Save the project. Give it a name, then Save. Next, begin a new project, this time choosing the next image. This will prove to be a tedious effort, but you need to Finish and Save each one as a separate project. Of course, once it's done you can simply choose any one of them from your Open Saved Project list and quickly make any needed changes, then print.

Can't retrieve prev. projects from

I don't have this exact program, but having used similar ones, here is my two cents worth: In the app's header menu, look at each of the drop-down menus to find an option named Settings or similar. In settings, there should be a user setting for default path for Saved files. Quite often, the program's default is one of these 'examples': C:\Program Files (x86)\CreateaCard\Saves\ C:\%homepath%\Documents\Createacard\ C:\%homepath%\appdata\ If you find this, you can simply edit the path to your preference then exit and reboot PC. BAGCACP8 should then remember your settings. Hope this helps you. Clive.

Will I be able to save a calendar in a format that can be professionally printed by a printing company?

Adobe PDF format would be my logical choice.
