Breville no longer exists as a brand.

I fixed my juicer that had this problem, the problem was the thermal fuse which is located directly on the motor with some plastic covering it. You can replace the fuse or do what I did and just cut off the fuse and attach the two wires together (no more fuse) and my machine now works again :)

I have access to the Owners Manual for the JE90J if you email me at [email protected] I'll email you a copy. It's a PDF of a photocopy so it's not brilliant.

Depends on how old it is. It could have bad brushes in the motor or it may have burned up. Do you smell burned insulation etc.? If it just quit there may be a problem with the switch or the cord. Wiggle things and replug etc. to see if that is the problem. Otherwise, you may need a voltage tester to check for power.

Warranty not dependent on registration. Your receipt is the key to any and all warranty repairs.

Sounds like the shaft bearing is going out.

There is no machine for consumers that takes out all the pulp.

take it to an appliance repair shop, get a quote then if dearer than a new unit ,junk it

There may be an overload switch somewhere on the unit, it will just be a small button projecting from the underside most probably or in a small hole. If there is, just depress it. If the unit actually burned out yu would have seen smoke and smelled it.

I am not sure how rusted it is, but it should be fairly easy to clean. I would start with either distilled white vinegar or fresh lemon juice. You should have good results with either. Otherwise Breville does have an 800 number or just google the model number and part name, the part should be available.

Your speed control is going out. I get parts like that all the time from a company called Allied Electronics. You will need to remove the speed control and get the part number off of it first before looking it up or calling.

there is inside a thermal fuse and it could have blown if wet, can be replace it is 1/8 x 1/2 " long .inside the machine turns off everything when blown , and purchased @ Radio Shack for about $ 5-8 dlrs rated @ 8-10 amps , need more info , if this works for you >
