ON INITIAL START UP OR AFTER UNPLUGGING THE UNIT FOR MORE THAN 10 MINUTES (RESETING THE BOARD) THE UNIT WILL RUN FOR 30 MINUTES AND THEN IT WILL CHECK TEMPERATURE INSIDE THE WINE ROOM, IF THE TEMPERATURE IS 70 DEGREES OR ABOVE IT WILL DISPLAY E1 AND SHUT OFF THE UNIT. YOU WILL HAVE TO RESET THE UNIT BY UNPLUGGING IT FOR NO LESS THAN 10 MINUTES TO RESTART THE UNIT, IT WILL RUN FOR ANOTHER CYCLE OF 30 MINUTES AND IT WILL RE CHECK TEMPERATURE AGAIN, IT HAS TO READ 69 OR LOWER FOR THE UNNIT TO RUN NON STOP TILL IT MEETS THE SET COOL POINT OF 55 DEGREES.

I'll take a shot and say by pressing and holding simultaneously all three buttons, SET, WARMER and COOLER for at least one second. The display will momentarily show some numbers maybe "8.8.", then "°F", then the storage temperature. If this action is taken before the unit has been OFF for about ten minutes, it will not restart for five minutes, regardless of storage temperature at the time of RESET. Also, I think all user settings and parameters will be retained in memory upon a manual RESET operation. Good luck!
