Your shaver is a 'Series 9' type. There are many Series 9 models. Only the models with 'cc' following the model number are compatible with the clean and charge station. Models with 's' following the model number are NOT compatible with the cleaning stations

Ambient temperature is not within the allowed operating range (10 - 40 °C or 50 - 104 °F).
Allow the thermometer to remain for 30 minutes in a room where the temperature is
between 10 and 40 °C or 50 and 104 °F.

Did you find a lid? I have a used one and would gladly send it to you for the cost of shipping from NH.
I warped the bowl for mine in the dishwasher and have since replaced it with a new food processor so would be happy to give away the useful parts (lid, pusher, blade, discs & carrier).

You have to hold the blue/green button in whilst taking temperature. I forgot this and was just pressing it and getting this message. Operator error :)

It is hard to say for sure which component on the circuit board is burned. But, if the shaver will not work after putting the battery in the correct way, it has been damaged beyond repair. It is a little late for this advice but it is always a good idea to note the polarity of the battery before removing the old one(s)

I searched using https://www.google.com Apparently Braun doesn't have the manual available anymore.
