Very little info to go on, but it would have to be water valve, lines going to and from valve, ice maker, or defrost drain leaking from being stopped up.

I would look at Latch carefully to be sure nothing is blocking mechanism. If door is truly latching, it would be best to call warranty service to check it out.

Did you my the fridge on your own or did it come with your home. because if it came with your home you could call maintenance and see what happen.

Set control for temp that you wish to maintain in freezer compartment by using a digital thermometer and allowing changes to stabilize.

Check the respective solenoid and switches for proper operation.
