We have an ION 7.9T
We have done all the above and nothing has worked still got flashing E7! Any suggestions?
E03 and E02
The error e03 is associated with a speed issue. Most likely a misaligned sensor which is a small black cylindrical piece about 1.5" long and will have a cord that runs from the lower board around the frame and points to the front drive pulley. It should be about 1-2 credit card widths away. Also check that the round magnet is still located in the front pulley. On most units an LED will light up on the LCB (lower control board) as the magnet passes the sensor. If your handy enough to check continuity then look for an open/closed signal as that magnet passes. If this all checks out then very likely you have an LCB issue. You can however also check the motor brushes and run the motor separate which is another topic

Walking on tread mill is jerky. almost like some one keeps putting the break on
Hi There, have you lubricated the deck lately? does the belt glide easily over the deck with your foot pushing it and the power to the treadmill off? If the belt glides easily with your foot, but not when powered, you're motor control board could be about to fail. capacitors routinely go bad on these controllers over the years.
