Doesnt start

I have the same problem. Try using setting 2 and take out the dough ball before it starts baking. I tried number 1 but that didn't work either.

Black and Decker Bread Maker B1650 not used for

Try soaking it in olive oil overnight and apply some to the bottom, see if it frees up the paddles.

Does taste of plastic paddle on older black and decker b1561 bread maker get into the bread itself

It's likely a harder, heat resistant type of plastic and the breadmaker does not get hot enough to cause the paddle to release any toxic chemicals.

No bip

Check your manual. My model only automatically drops the nuts for some cycles, not all.

How do I check yeast

Put a teaspoon in some warm water with some sugar and mix. It should bubble after about 5 minutes. If nothing happens the yeast is likely dead. Do you keep your yeast refrigerated after opening? That makes it last longer.

Dough doesn't rise

Yeast is likely too old, buy a new one and try again - if it works, toss out the old yeast. If the results are the same, your unit is bad. Is it getting warm/hot while operating?

My padels no longer click into place, & come off when baking bread, how do I fix this? Machine is new, baked around 10 loaves

Call Black & Decker, it should still be under warranty. They will send you a new unit or even a new model if this version is notoriously bad, as was the case with my 2500 model. Their customer service is good if you are under warranty, just call and get it replaced.

Gluten free recipes for a B1650

Gluten free recipes are thicker and stickier than wheat and will probably wreck your bread maker. I had a 2500 model and it broke while making a gluten free bread, so yours will likely be the same. I found it best to keep the dough more liquidy than solid to avoid extra strain on the motor and paddles, but it will affect the outcome. There are lots of gluten free recipes on the internet, just do a simple web search.

I went to plug my bread maker in Model B2500C and

These are fussy models and have lots of issues - if you are still covered under warranty just contact B & D, they were great at sending me a new model after mine broke under warranty. It sounds like yours is broken beyond repair, it is likely cheaper to replace it. Try contacting the company, they should be able to help you best.

Black & decker breadmachine 1630 owners manual

I have listed a link below for you to go to. Once you are on the new webpage, you will see a blue button towards the center-top of the page. It is labeled "Upload Manual". Once you click the button, follow the directions from there. You should be able to save the manual to your desktop (or whatever file location you would prefer), and also print it, should you care to. http://kitchen.manualsonline.com/support/black-decker/bread-maker/breadmaker-2110832
