You may not find replacement batteries for the CP120XB as I would have expected B&D expected the battery life to be as much as the power2go. You dispose off once the thing fails to keep charge. There is a phone number in the manual that you can call to enquire about the batteries. It has to be some sort of NIMH 1.2AmpH battery. I am assuming even if you find a suitable battery the cost will be more than buying a new unit. (if you can find one). You have to go to Black and Decker's site and sign up for an account. That part of the site will let you register your B&D purchases online without having to mail anything.

You can usually complete a form on-line or send in the warranty card that comes in the box. You will need to include the receipt or a copy of the receipt and the merchant details.

pick what is convenient for you

Some power supplies have a little switch on them for either 220 or 120. See if yours has this. Also some power supplies have a notice that they are good for 120 or 220 volts and either 50 or 60 cycles. If yours is one of them then it will work however if yours is not one of them then it will immediately burn out the power supply as well as your drill. Good luck

Fill it in and mail it off , that way you do not have to mess about with their web site and its stupid insistance that you register
