UPS periodically disconnects

You have a smart chip problem. Your unit is too small that would be cost effective to repair.

check out my web page:

www.storminprotection.com.

I will help you save a few dollars but I think you might need a little bigger UPS then a 550. Try going bigger.

I have satellite internet.I have a belkin

XP does not necessarily automatically configure for wireless. https://www.lifewire.com/automatic-wireless-network-connections-xp-818243 Currently, the only companies offering satellite internet are HughesNet and Viasat. Both providers lease modems with built-in Wi-Fi routers to their customers. While you must use the modem issued by your satellite internet provider, you can use any router you choose. Using an alternate router might enhance your network's performance, but if you'd rather not mess with it, the modems you get with HughesNet or Viasat both come with built-in Wi-Fi routers. https://www.satelliteinternet.com/resources/satellite-modems-and-routers/ https://smallbusiness.chron.com/use-wireless-routers-satellite-internet-52128.html https://community.viasat.com/viasat/topics/belkin-enhanced-wireless-router

I have a belkin wireless

This is normal - indicates internet traffic. Don't worry about it so long as all the lights are green. The lights will turn orange if there is a fault of any kind.

Hope that helps!

Belkin F6D4230 router wireless light flashing orange. IS the router defective?

Solution:

Step 1:
Make sure the that router is connected to your modem with an ethernet cable via the router’s internet (WAN) port.

Step 2:
Unplug the modem from its power source and make sure that it's totally turned OFF. Then re-plug the modem to the power source.

Step 3:
Unplug your router’s power supply, wait for 10 seconds and then plug it back in. This will cause the router to reestablish communication with the modem.

If you still cannot browse the web, contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
