Starts to light but goes right out
Vaporized propane sounds just like air coming through a hose. Turkey fryers use a different regulator than a standard barbecue which uses a low pressure -- 11" water column displacement. Pressure for a BBQ is measured in displacement because LP pressure is very low, less than half one pound PSI. Turkey fryers use a higher pressure so more gas is able to feed to the burner but the regulator diaphragm adjusts because of the adjustment wheel. However, before determining the regulator needs to be replaced, adjust the air shutter on the venturi and ensure the orifice is clear. LP must be mixed with air in the burner in order to burn but if the shutter is open too much we can hear air-flow and too much air can definitely cause that sound and cause flames to blow out. We have a video at you---e showing the adjustment with too much air blowing-out the flames. First check your connections and orifice to make sure there are no leaks or impediments. Second restart the burner with the air shutter almost closed and continue making adjustments -- while burning if possible. If neither of those work replace the pressure regulator. Most people will initially say replace the regulator but they do not go bad as often as many think; a regulator is only a open space that limits him much gas can travel through at any time.
Is "Halal" meat safe for humans?
Hi, Carole. According to the Wiki article on Halal, it is an Arabic word meaning "permissible," referring to food, objects or actions. With respect to food it is similar in intent to the Hebrew word, "Kosher." In both Islam and Judaism, for example, pork is not considered permissible. There is much more to know about Halal, but I'll defer to our Islamic neighbors to answer more fully. Short answer: entirely safe. Enjoy!

How to take top grill off
You need to identify brand and model. Armed with that, someone may be able to assist you. Or, you can use google to search for a user manual if you include the brand and model in the search. What follows are general instructions for a lot of grills but may not fit your model:
Open the door(s) of the grill.
Look up at the bottom side of the grill.
Remove the grill screws going up into the bottom of the grill.
Tilt the grill forward at the top and release the springs from behind the grill.
Lift off the grill.

Propane not getting to burners; how do i fix
James,
Try Reseting the Regulator.....
1. Turn off the gas at the propane tank.
2. Disconnect the hose from the propane tank.
3. Open the lid of your BBQ Grill.
4. Turn all the burner valves to high.
5. Wait for 2 minutes.
6. Turn off all the burner valves.
7. Connect the gas line back up to the propane tank.
8. Turn on the propane tank slowly.
9. Light the grill using the proper ignition sequence.

Where near Van Nuys, CA can I buy a propane gas line with regulator to replace the one on my Grand Hall barbecue grill model 7060
Amazon, or Home Depot. They are a standard unit that fits any grill. Why are you replacing it? They don't wear out. Sometimes they will lock out and need resetting.
