Hi. You need to check if the app has permission to use the location services by your phone. To grant permission to app to use location (It depends on Android Phone used), Samsung: Go to Settings>Biometrics and Security>scroll down and look for Location> Turn it ON. There you can see the Apps that can use the location services.
The simplest way is just to use a laptop for storing all the pics and then you can share it from there easily. Else you can start mailing all your photos and can download it to iPad (But this is too hectic).
