I have a American standard ac model 7A0018-60A100A and would like to know the model no. of the condenser fan motor so I can replace it

All you need to know is that it is a 1/4 hp, 825 rpm. 1/2 inch shaft. That is if you are going to buy an after market motor. I have had to make new mounting holes when using after market motors on trane systems (just the way trane is) but not a problem. If you're getting it from trane you would only need the model number of the condenser. If you need further help, reach me via phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/thomas_092728000e6acb79

I have error code 114 on my American standard a/c. What does that mean?

114 is a communication error in the air handler. It can be the afc board, the blower motor or both. Cycle power to the AHU by the breaker. Leave off for about 10 seconds. If error comes back you will likely, at least need an afc board. If you need further help, reach me via phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/thomas_092728000e6acb79

How to fix leaky American Standard single faucet kitchen sink

The A-S single lever kitch faucet is terrible. If it is the one I think it is, then it has three screws that mount the cartridge down into the faucet body.If these are not torqued perfectly evenly, the faucet leaks. I suggest getting a Moen to replace it.

The overflow pipe should be attached to a small clip that holds it in position over the over flow pipe. If it is loose or attached to the outside it will do what yours is doing.

I just replaced cartridge for American standard with danco part #188260 and it still drips.can you help me?

As this is the A-S ceramic cartridge that installs with three screws, then I suggest you either buy the original part, or just get a new faucet. The three screw type is notoriously difficult to seal properly because of the design. If you do replace it, I recommend Moen single handle. It's basic cartridge has a lifetime warranty against dripping, and is super simple to change out. Good luck!

American Standard Freedom 80 single stage fires up... runs and blows heat for a few minutes then shuts off but then 5 minutes later it repeats the cycle. Any ideas? I have replaced the filter.

A 5 min run time tells me that it is overheating. Probably a dirty evaporator coil, or a loss of airflow due to blower issues. Or even a high temp safety that is opening prematurely? Tstat is calling for heat so its doing its job. It could be overheating or a fault at any of the components in the furnace. 90 percent of the time its a dirty blower wheel, EV. coil, or a missing filter that's so dirty its cutting off the airflow. Hope this helps!

Heat works until thermostat calls for aux heat, then blower shuts off with outside unit still running.

Some blowers shut off depending on the system. Do you have electric hest strips inside? If not the blower will shut off. The outdoor fan should not be running if in defrost mode. If you have heat strips then you likely have low voltage wiring crossed If you need further help, reach me via phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/thomas_092728000e6acb79
