Go into ur echo app and 'add device'

Open the Amazon Prime Video app or download it from your living room device's app store. Register your device by selecting "sign in and start watching" to enter your account information directly on your device or choose "register on the Amazonwebsite" to get a 5-6 character code to enter in your account.

Log onto your Amazon account, Go under Accounts and Lists, Digital content and devices

May need to scan tv w the ovr the air switch or contact ur provider

This sounds more like an internet issue rather than a tv issue. Is your tv a smart tv or using roku or amazon fire stick. Also..if it is a smart tv... do you have an ethernet plugged into the tv, or only wifi? You may not have a strong enough signal to stream video at your tv source. At times a wifi booster is needed. It IS possible your internet is too slow for reliable video streaming also.

Humans think these devices are helpful and saving them time. But jus makes them more not part of civilization and very lazy.

its very easy. its the same as getting the wifi username from your wifi at home. do you want it on your phone?

it seems like some smart TV with a playstore -sort of connectivity. If so, just login to your account and download the app to it.If its not a smart TV, get an amazon FireTV stick.
