There is no sound from the speakers, external
First, take a good size battery ( I like using "C" size for a good volt) - take to wire and place on positive and one on the negative end. Once wires are attached, place one wire on the positive terminal on the speaker and the negative terminal - and listen for any sound. If you get sound (scratching sound) - your speakers are good. If this is the case. retrace your input/output connections. Also check the all devices are well grounded. GL

Is the amp in protect mode? Maybe a red light on the amp. I would also open the amp and check the RCA connections aren't loose. It's usually a solder joint. Swap the amp out as well. Or check your power wire. Sometimes amps come on when it gets remote power, but actually the power wire has a bad fuse or connection. I’m happy to help further over the phone at

Turning on the SW feature
Try holding down the set up button for 2-3 seconds. Press Dn or Up to select the subwoofer mode and the band button activate/deactivate SW function.

Is it possible that you may have over driven the unit and blown either the power supply or output stages? Well, if the amp is getting power as you indicate the issue lies within the stages I just mentioned.
Subwoofer stopped working
Put another known working speaker in there to see if it works. If it does then the issue is with your speaker. If it also does not work your amp is to blame.

As last resort you might try a firmware upgrade if available. Otherwise the unit needs to be replaced since laser mechanism has lost the ability to focus on and play back cd's. Repair not cost effective so ..............

Your question is lacking some detail , is this a stock radio , after market , and what brand and model . Pictures can help , depending on the siuation code be s radio key is needed or if it's after market do you have a remote ? Try to change stuff with that , could be buttons inop or worst case it's just done. Good luck
