THERS IS NO INTERNET SERVICE ON MY TABLET

What is the tablet? Are you able to connect to the wireless gateway via your pc/laptop? Check in the tablets settings and make sure "Data/Cell" services are OFF and that the "Wifi" or wifi adapter is turned ON. Let me know how you make out.

I forget admin password and

There should be a reset button at the back of the switch. While it is turned on, just press a paperclip and hold it until you see that the lights turned off and the switch restarted. That way the old password will be deleted and its like having it fresh from the box.

3COM 3100 entry phone, how to configure SIP

From Digium Mailing List: 3Com 3100 series phones do not support SIP with non-3Com systems. They have a basic boot loader which must download code from a 3Com NBX or a 3Com VCX system. If you don't have either of these, then you won't get runtime code on the phone, thereby making it impossible to use the thing with Asterisk. Asterisk Users 3Com Phones
