technics turntable spin? When I move the arm I can hear something running but the table doesn't spin. Take off the rubber mat and see if the belt is off the aluminum platter the record sits on you

My turntable is slow, with no discernible belt problems. Is this a motor calibration issue? Is there any way to adjust speed on this turntable? The belt needs to be replaced since it is slipping.
