on the back side of the engine disconnect the wires from the starter and remove the bolts that hold it to the trans perform the steps in reverse order to intsall. let me know if you need any more help

...before taking any wires off of the starter to prevent shorting anything .There should be 2 bolts that hold the starter in place and to bolts holding the wires on.Hope this helps you a little
