come on but the car itself will not start...it has been parked for 3 years but before that it would stall while driving it Remove battery cables, all three and clean them and replace bolts

The car is stalling alot lately. Last week I had the fuel filter replaced but now it still stalls. The battery is a year old and just about every part has been replaced. What else needs to be checked?
