my idler pulley isnt sitting correctly its tweaked and squeals brand new replacement and belt trying to eliminate squeal Bad bearing on idler pully? Replace pully.

Replaced it and tension pulley. Still squeals. It still squeals, but stopped when I loosened it some. Squealed when I accelerated. Loosened it some more til it stopped. Now it's hot and trying to melt
