Why wont the baxter ovin lift the rack I know this question is old but always check the lift motor and/or the rack switch, door switch, check for burned and/or broken wiring to those components.

oven door closes on its own, our other Baxter stays open. Can we fix this one? We have to kick the door open or put a rack in front of it while we load it. We have another Baxter that stays open while
