low beam is a bit to high and to the left. The adjustment screws/nuts should be located either on the top of the headlamp assembly, behind the headlamp assembly, or near the frame rail by the radiator

Elantra. Replaced high beam bulbs. They still don't work. Not sure which fuse is for the high and low beams. Low beams work fine. Ask the Hyundai people. They shouldn't charge you for that information
