hit a huge bump in the road and lost my turn signals and hazard lights,checked all fuses in panel they are good,have underneath of dash on drivers side apart and cant find turn signal fuse,can you hel

I have my foot on the break and it starts to jolt, and does so more often when the air conditioning is on, what does that mean? Jolt like start to inch forward?
