cause of this short is the horn coil, replace the horn and the problem will be fixed, a quick test is to disconnect the horn and press the horn button, if the fuse doesn't blow the horn is the problem

wont start horn keeps blowing go to start it the horn keeps blowing Need to put key in drivers door and lock and unlock. This should stop the horn immediatly and car should start.
