...get fuel Sounds like a fuel pump dude. Can be hard to get to for replacement. May just be a wiring issue which can be tested. Check the fuses. Chev has issues with burned out fuses to the fuel

fuel pump is only about 4 months old. I am stumped. You've already replaced most of the stuff I've guessed, unless perhaps the fuel pump is faulty or there's something partially clogging the fuel line
