Fog lights not working was working There is a separate fuse for these, check to see if it is blown. The location of the fuse should be indicated on the inside cover of the fuse panel.

...fuse box, fog lamps are controlled by the i/p junction box built into i/p box , you didn't state it but did you test the fog lamp itself with 12 volt jumper wire ? i have seen both bulbs burn out
