I bought used mpc4500. Counter counts 2 clicks for 11 x 17 copy. Ricoh service tells me there is no way to reverse that setting back to just one click per 11 x 17. Is this true?

copy count mode to one copy per 11 x 17. doubtful its true,but it is a standard practice to set up the machine to count 11 by 17 as 2 clicks because it is 2 pieces of 8.5 by 11 which are counted as 1
