does not turn serpentine belt sometimes but the small fan belt turns. sounds like the serpintine belt is worn out and slipping. if the belt isn't turning, the a/c, powersteering and the alternator

how to change the power steering/ac belt It should have a 1/2 inch hole on the tensioner to put in a 1/2 inch breaker bar. Relieve the tension and remove the belt. Be careful, its heavy spring loaded.
