Rear hatch is stuck the rear hatch of my wagon won't open. When I unlock it either with the key or remotely it makes a noise but the hatch stays shut. The lock appears to be stuck. Anybody come across

Audi cabriolet and when I met the guy to buy the roof would go up but the rear hatch wouldn't stroke all the way. After ten or so minutes of randomly touch stuff and resecuring the handbrake it worked
