Mitsubishi Galant shut down while driving on the highway. I still had power for the lights and radio, but car would not turn over to start. Had to have AAA tow the car to a local shop (not Misubishi).

Ac compressor pulley does not move, looks like is locked. The ac/power steering belt is not rotating. Remove belt and manually test each part for freewheeling.
