Frankly speaking:
how come you think it is "not a problem" to do such service jobs on a Vespa LX if you are not a mechanic and don't have all the tools required?
- sure you could try it - but you need enough time to check the workshop manual and get the proper tools. (eg. sometimes the nut on the rear axle is stuck and need to be heated by a torch)
- to change the tubeless tire you will need also a tire changing machine which only tire shops or bikedealers have. https://www.yumpu.com/en/document/view/26764401/service-station-manual-vespa-lx-125-150-4t-euro-3

I have a et2 vespa put 98 ron fuel in the tank ran for about 3 kms now does not run anymore

the Vespa ET2 50 has a two-stroke engine which needs an oil mixture in the gasoline. There are 2 (two) tanks under the seat: 1 is for gasoline and the other for 2T-oil.
If you dont't fill that oil tank with two-stroke oil the engine will run dry after a couple of miles and the bearings in the motor blow up.
Then you need a complete rebuild of the engine which costs more than the value of the ET2. http://www.wotmeworry.org.uk/manuals/ET2/et2manualpt1sm.pdf

Spark plug change 2006 50cc vespa

- the easiest way is to unmount the rear shock absorber (1 screw at the bottom) and rise the Vespa to reach the spark plug....
this is far better than to reach it from above....

Will not start 2009 Vespa LX 50 2T

There are many reasons that lead to no start. weak/dead battery, no fuel, blocking intake or exhaust, loose spark plug wire. You could check these parts and find the corresponding solutions. If you have interest in vespa sprint, feel free to chat with me.

2002 vespa px 200 seems to misfire splutter at full throttle in every gear. is this normal

no, it's not!
- do you have the later type of PX with a separate oil-tank which mixes the oil automatically to the gasoline or do you mix the two-stroke oil in a 50:1 ratio by yourself to the gasoline tank?
- if you have the 2 tank system you need to fill up the oil-tank always with two-stroke oil!
did you ever made a service on your Vespa?
like changing spark plug, replace engine oil , clean carburetor and adjust ignition etc?

Change spark plug 2005 Vespa ET2 50

Start by removing the plastic "vanity" cover (if equipped) and the air cleaner assembly from the top of the engine. Then remove the ignition coil or boot. Use a torque wrench to unscrew the plug and install the new plug. Finally , you should lubricate the spark plug boot and button it up. Find the most useful knowledge about vespa.

I have a 1996 Honda Accord LX, I really feel like im not getting a good mpg on my car, i understand its old, but i want to know any of any good mantenaince i can perform on it so i can get a higher mpg.

Sure! Change your Spark Plugs, Plug Wires, Keep Air Filter Clean (It Helps if you Purchase a K&N Air Filter-Better air Flow and Never needs Replacment!), Make sure and Keep your Tires all at the same and Correct Inflation. That will help the Most, There are a LOT of Little things But, Try these First. Let me know!
