SOURCE: I bought a Panasonic BL-C10 and a BL-C111a on ebay,need set up cd

I found a site for you to download the drivers for a BL-C111. The BL-CL10A is there to I beleive.
Copy this address to your browser and o there and download the driver.
Then
Normal 0 Try disconnecting the Camera from the USB port and install the downloaded software program. When the program asks you to connect the camera to the USB port, do so and it should work.
Then to use it on the Web do this.
Web Camera’s have to be setup on the program they are to be used with. Just installing the camera on your computer does not set it up to broadcast on messengers or Skype.
Each program has Options that have to be setup in order for the Audio and Video to function properly.
A. Skype Setup:
After downloading and installing Skype (http://www.skype.com/intl/en-gb/download/skype/windows/beta/downloading/ ) set it up as follows:

  1. Go to Tools, then Options, and click on Audio Settings and set the Microphone and Speakers to the computer Audio Card.
  2. Then click on the Video Settings.
  3. The camera if Installed Properly will come up and show a video picture.
  4. Then, on the bottom of the page click on Save.
The camera and audio should function properly. Your friends and Family will now be able to see and her to you.
B. Yahoo Setup:
After downloading and installing Yahoo Messenger (http://www.soft32.com/download_30.html ) set it up as follows:
  1. Go to Messenger at the top left and click on it.
  2. Next go down to Preferences and click on it.
  3. Next Calling and Devices on the right and set the Microphone and Speakers to the computer Audio Card.
  4. Next go to the Test Audio section and (in blue writing) click on “Open the call setup assistant” and follow the instructions on the left window.
C. Windows Live Messenger:
  1. After you start Windows Live Messenger, expand the view by clicking on the square on top left next to the red X.
  2. Then on the Windows Live messenger window on the right side, click on “ “Show Menus.” And then click on “Show the Menu Bar”.
  3. Next go to the Menu Bar on right side, click on “ “Action.”
  4. Go to “TOOLS” and click “Audio and Video Setting” and follow the instructions.
NOTE: You audio and video should work. Enjoy.
When done both the Audio and Video will function properly so you can chat and see family or friends you are connected to.
Hope this helps. Bud

SOURCE: Lost the Setup CD

You will not find any software to do this on the Panasonic website. They only supply instruction manuals and firmware upgrades. However you don't need any installation CD. This camera is a web server so it contains all its own software. All you need is to type in the local network IP address (default is 192.168.0.253) into your Internet Browser and then enter your ID and password into the screen that pops up. The installation CD is just scanning your network to look for a camera on some IP address and it makes things a little easier if you have multiple cameras. All the rest of the setup is actually in the camera's Active-X software. If you previously set the camera up with a different IP address and/or port number and you have forgotten it, or you can't remember your User ID and password, (write it down the next time) you may have to reset the camera (see the small reset switch on the underside of the camera) and you will have to start from scratch. But you don't need the installation CD. The camera will ask you exactly the same questions as the CD. Typically you will have to set it up first in wired mode with an Ethernet cable to your router, but this is only because the camera doesn't know the SSID of your wireless network until you tell it (go to Setup/Wireless when you have logged into the camera.) Once you have put in the required wireless info, you just flick the switch on the underside to Wireless Mode and it should all work just fine.

SOURCE: Hi, I have one Panasonic camera

I'm not familiar with the VIEWNETCAM.COM service but one thing is for sure you need to forward two different ports for the same service to two different devices trough your firewall if you want them to be available on the WAN, now, is the service you are using FREE??? if it is have you took notice of the convention??? the text where you click (I AGREE) when enroling the service..., maybe they allow only one camere at a time... if you pay than they support more... have you tried connecting to the cameras straight (without the viewnetcam service) through the internet with your WAN IP address??? if it works on your LAN it should work over the WAN with the proper port forwarding...

Hope this helps!

Panasonic BL -C30 netcam: unable to send e-mail after being triggered by sensor. error log shows: division 4/code 1

Hi.

Try resetting the camera.
Some of the cameras have a small recessed button on the bottom that can be hit by using a small pointed object (such as a paperclip or pen). Other models have a flap on the side that has a reset and a restart button.
If that does not apply try disconnecting power (and removing battery) from all units connected to the system, including main control unit.

How do I find my webcams ip address Panasonic BL-C30

Hi, the best and easiest way I can think of for this is to go to your wireless router and get the list of ip addresses it is sending out for your wireless connections.

Thank you for contacting Panasonic. We apologize for the delay in our response.

The CD can obtained through our parts department at 1-800-332-5368 or through the link below:

http://www.pasc.panasonic.com/epartr/

It can also be downloaded at http://netcamdealer.com/resources/file/82/103

The CD-ROM is not needed for setup. To setup the camera, type in the local IP address of the camera. If you do not know the IP address of the camera, press the reset button on the back of the camera to reset the IP address. This will default the IP address to http://192.168.XXX.253, with the XXX being replaced by the 3rd octet of your router IP address. For example, if your router IP address is 192.168.0.1, you will type
http://192.168.0.253 into your internet browser and you will be able to configure the camera. Another example is if your router IP address is 192.168.1.1, you will type http://192.168.1.253 into your internet browser and you will be able to configure the camera.

To obtain additional assistance for your product, please contact our Panasonic Customer Call Center at 800-272-7033. Panasonic bl-c20 wireless network camera

Try this - unplug the power from the camera (and the ethernet cable if it is using one). Locate the 'Factory Default Reset' button on the camera get a paperclip and straighten it out. Plug the power back into the camera and press the reset button with the paperclip until you see the indicator light flash and go out (about 10 seconds). Now attach the ethernet cable to the camera and into your router and insert the Panasonic camera utility disk into your computers CD Drive. Run the setup utility from the disk and after a few minutes it should find the camera and you can follow the instructions for a new set-up. If the camera has been on more than 20 minutes when you start the setup utility, unplug it for 10 minutes and try again. Oh, and turn off Windows firewall while you are doing this.
