You need to reset your computer bios back from its original settings. While turning on your computer keep pressing the del key on your keyboard until you get to the BIOS utility screen. Select the BIOS default option and then save settings and exit.

In general, to go to safe mode of your OS you need to keep tapping the function Key (F8) while starting your computer.
If you are referring to safe defaults of your motherboard please refer to the following link to download the manual that has the load safe defaults
