I have a Lawrance H2O and it will not turn on. I had it in my gun safe since last November. I know it is getting power because the light comes on and the buttons make nouse, but nothing is showing on the screen.

I'm not a math expert, but that's a lit of number combinations to try before you hit the right combination. Try calling the manufacturer. They may have a master reset. The only other suggestion is a reputable locksmith. He should not charge you too much to "crack" it for you.
To avoid additional damage to unit battery should be removed immediatelly! Normally when this happens it requires only time to resolve the situation. Unit should be put into a warm/dry area & left unpowered for at least 48 hours prior to re-attempting to apply power/battery!!!!! Normally placing unit in an enclosed area along side of a 60 watt light bulb is suitable to completely dry out most items without taking them appart. However caution should be applied as to avoid any direct contact to lightbulb itself...... by cellphone or anything else flamable! Whatever area is used should be as air tight as possible & as small as posible during this process. (4 cubic feet is ideal ) After 48 hours remove from encosed area, turn of light bulb, apply power/battery to unit and ENJOY! One last piece of advise............. TRY TO AVOID H2O IN THE FUTURE!!!!!
there are a few things that might have happened,, one thing is that the battery is almost dead and does not have enough power to fully retract the locking bolt, or the bolt motor itself has failed and is not pulling the bolt back far enough to let the handle move, or the bolt is dragging, or a broken drive gear. all these are very common problems and in the lockshop that I worked at we would get 2 of these calls a week.
there is one thing that you can try before you call a locksmith to come out and try and get it open. IF it is not bolted to the floor : try and gently lay the safe down on its side ( hinge side twords the floor -- door facing you ), now with the help of a helper,, have them hold the top or bottom of the safe about 5 inches off the floor and you type in your combo, just as the combo is finished and you know that the ' clicking ' sound is about to click, have them drop the safe to the floor,, the timing has to be perfect and this may in fact let the bolt fall back into the combo pack enough to open the door,, turn the handle quickly and open the door. if this works ( 1 in about 100 ) then set the safe upright again and with the door open lubricate all moving parts / replace the battery and test the lock 15 times ( do not close the door until you have tested the system many times ).
if this does not work then call your local locksmith ( safe tech ) and have them come out to service the lock. ( they most likely will need to drill a small hole under the dial and move the bolt out of the way and replace whatever has broken ).
yes it is,,read the book that come with thi safe first, it may be an easy job, then again it may not be as some electronic saf's need to be re-programed using an e-prom setter,,,and you wont have one of them hanging around! why do you need to reset the safe? have you told some body the combo? if its a gun safe with guns inside of it,,,
some body as well as you should know the combo,,,you never know if any thing happens to you who needs to open the safe????
