I need a new pot for model 2085CL . Where can I get one

I did an online search. I could not find a cord for your pot.

If it is happening as soon as you turn it on then you have what is called a direct short. Basically one of the wires probably in kettle is broken and is touching the pot directly. Which causes it to short out and trip the breaker. You will need to take kettle apart and repair wire. Not so hard you just need a little patience. If you need more help let me know. I will take you step by step.

That model is a 6oz popcorn machine.

3/4 cup popcorn kernels (6oz)
slight 1/4 cup oil (1.6oz-a quarter cup is 2 oz.)
1 teaspoon popcorn salt.
