Hi, i have a C350 and trying to connect a copier cassette tray to the copier itself at the back of the machine. I have a couple of white electrical connectors (one ordinary connector and one which is a multiple contact connector, possibly data connector.) which stem from the cassette, but cant identify where they need to connect to on the copier itself. Can anyone give me a pointer.

How to setting E02-02 code panasonic photocopier machine

Hi.

Panasonic Workio DP-1820P error code E02-01 These instructions describe error code E02-01 solution for a Panasonic Workio DP-1520p, DP-1820P copier machine. This should solve your problem; this introduction will help you to troubleshoot some common error messages related to Panasonic Workio DP-1520p, DP-1820P Error Code E2-01, E2-02, E2-03, and E2-04 that you may receive.

Meaning of E02-01 the Error Code:

E02-01 means the Tray 1 cassette lifting motor unit fault. These machines use a lift motor encased in a plastic drive gear casing. Usually something inside the casing breaks, this usually happens in trays that have Ledger or Legal paper installed. The weight of the paper can cause these gear packs to break. Also if the customer loads letter paper in a tray set up for larger paper sizes.

How to fix the error:

Maybe a problem with tray 1 lift motor either you have a bad motor, Pull the paper tray out and see if the paper is lodged behind the tray, Also make sure the white coupling on the rear wall is in one piece. Check that the flag on the back of the tray is still present. Mostly it is broken and sometimes can be repaired, and otherwise, you have to change it, and to open the back cover and reach that (Part no is (DZTY000357 Paper Lift Motor Assembly, lift up drive).

Some of the possible causes:

  • Remove the tray and check for paper behind the tray.
  • Check paper falls back causing the gears to break.
  • Check cassette Lift Motor connector.
  • Replace the Tray 1 lift motor.
  • Check the Mainboard.
Good luck.

Code c202 bz c451

This sounds like you have a piece of paper behind tray one.
1. Turn the machine off
2. Take out tray 1
3. Remove paper
4. Insert tray
5. Turn back on

If that doesn't help, you have and issue with the paper pick up motor. This is 99% of the time not the issue. The paper behind the tray is most likely your problem.

Message keeps paper tray is full and it is full.

pull cassette out and look inside the cassette bay on the left side. there is a white gear that lifts up your paper. that might have come unseated. make sure its seated in right by pushing it back in. last but not least, make sure you don't have your rear paper stopper in cassette pushing paper too hard against the front of cassette preventing paper from raising up.

Keeps saying no paper in tray although paper is in tray

I encounter that problem before, after I checked the sensors, feed unit and mechanism nothing is wrong or broken but still NO PAPER indicates on the display .I only noticed with the machine is the cassette tray or the paper tray, when you try to pullout the cassette tray and look at its left side, there is missing parts on it. There is a spring and actuator on it that will engage on the feed unit drive. Try to find the same machine and look at the cassette tray to see the missing parts on it. You can buy a new cassette because the parts that is missing maybe not available.

We have a Canon Laser Class 700 series fax machine. When it runs out of paper in cassette tray 1 it doesn't automatically begin to use paper from cassette tray 2. Both cassettes have plain white letter...

Swap cassettes.. The side guides on one of them may not be tight against the paper.

Only put paper in the lower cassette and try to print a journal.

Print out a configuration page or parameter list to see if the machine knows you have two trays.
