Access the Engineering screens by press and hold the ELEVATION UP and SPEED DOWN buttons for three seconds. The display will now display 'Engineering Mode'. Use the ELEVATION UP or DOWN arrows to scroll through the different engineering screens. Press SELECT to edit the selected engineering screen. Use the SPEED UP or DOWN arrows to set the variable. Press START to save the selected variable.

Here i have added the list of error codes list for t5x .
Check the same and confirm which error its shows. error 02A0 is not listed any where.

ERROR

To fix the error you have to put the safety key in start it it and wait for it to say E7. Now press stop and incline( up) together and hold for 20 seconds. Your treadmill will start to incline up. Take out your safety key. You just restarted your treadmill and can now put the safety key back and your problem will be fixed.
