Sorry to tell you but in order to remove the wheels from the "Barbie Jammin Jeep" wheels the parts holding the wheels on would actually have to be removed. The Jeep is made mostly of plastic that has been "molded to fit" meaning that trying to remove the wheels would be a big problem unless you intend on decommissioning the Jeep and it's parts.

Power wheels

If the wheels are bowed out it is usually caused by the steering linkage being damaged. Power Wheels vehicles have a long metal bar that runs between the two front wheels on the vehicle, on either end of the long bar is a plastic bracket. The bracket is riveted to the long bar and sometimes that can become loose or bent.
Remove the battery and flip the vehicle over, inspect the linkage and also the front axles to see if they are bent or damaged. If any parts are they need to be replaced, also make sure the tires themselves are not damaged.
Here is a link to the parts you will need for the repair.

some people stud the tires with screws, or rubber traction bands can be purchased, or just put rubber bands on the tires for indoor use

I charge the barbie 12 volt jeep and get nothing. i also got two 6 volt batteries and wired them in series bypassing the original batteries but still nothing, are these fused?

I know you are technically strong to do the bypassing part. But assumption is to do with fuse.

Your Power Wheels® 12 volt battery is equipped with a built-in thermal fuse. The thermal fuse is
a self-resetting safety device which automatically "trips" and shuts down operation of the vehicle if the vehicle is overloaded or the driving conditions too severe. Once a fuse has "tripped", remove your foot from the pedal and wait approximately 25 seconds before operating the vehicle again. To avoid repeated automatic shut-downs, avoid severe driving conditions.
