I encountered the same issue, its alarm every 12 midnight. what i did is a created a dummy alarm.
from the menu... go to alarm icon, create/set alarm an 12:00am, you can set it to everyday, or select any other options. once you done.. save the settings.
next, do not make this alarm settings active.
Please hard reset your phone.
on your phone setting, click reset then click master reset.

Please do not purchase Samsung mobile phone. It will make you fool. If you go to dealer to solve this problem they deactivate alarm but it will reactivate again automatically after 2,3 days. better do not purchase samsung mobile. many customers are facing same type of problem. this samsung people gives you some solution but it doesnot work. they donot have permanent solution
