This problem comes when you try to install software on phone which are not compatible with your phone software version (Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional), before installing any software kindly check the software support with your software version,
Like if you take the game from www.getjar.com, you will find a tab of compatible phones, down the list if you find your cellphone model, then it will install on your phone, otherwise it will give error,

There is software named autosync in your cd which you have got while purchesing.Please install that software on your pc and connect the phone to pc.Automatically you will get backup.
