Reset it again and select English.

Sounds like a virus or something, If you can afford it buy Norton for tablets it is great I personally use it and it has a handy dandy lock feature that unless you know the password good luck getting into it. Otherwise contact the supplier or manufacturer for further technical support. I don't see why it would do all that other than a virus or something.

Go to phone settings and select the option display. You can find the the settings for language there you can choose your language.

you can find in the settings>>phone settings>>language.

ma f'in fone got ribbon problem x'play screen stays blank but everything working fine but I cant see whats going on !! Try a master reset using the manual, It should reset it factory settings. You can then configure the archos.

At the home menu menu after a game or something go left as far as you know you can, then go four down. Click x and go down one, click x again, and english is the second one down.

I'm not too sure with the interface of your phone, the MANUAL that came with the box contains the interface of the menu step by step. You can use it to 100% guide you through changing the language back to English. Let me know how it goes. I'm here to help.
