There are a number of reasons why this is happening, but one thing for sure is that your data are safe.1. Try to check your PC monitor. Check the power supply and try to connect it to another PC if it turns on. 2. PC could be under sleep mode. Try tapping the keyboard (Enter, Space Bar), move the mouse to return it to normal operational state.
3. If your PC came with another video card, try connecting the PC monitor to the on-board video card connection.4. Check your PC if the fans are running, if its not, it could mean that the power supply is busted.
