My music player is not working properly. - Nokia 3110 Cellular Phone

The Music Management CD that comes with your player contains all of the necessary software components you need to make your player work properly.



These components enable you to transfer files from your computer to your player.



Inserting the included CD into CD drive:



Turn on your computer and place the Music Management CD that came with your player into your computer.

Important: Don\'t connect the USB cable to the PC or the player before or during the CD installation.

If the setup screen does not appear, double-click My Computer, double click your CD drive icon, and double click Install to run the installer.

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You can download mp3 music files from the Internet to your computer and then copy them to your MP3 player using the USB cable. For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3 player after you have connected the USB cable to the MP3 player and the computer.

format your memory card,go to setting option click reset option after resetting switchoff and switch on your mobile,now your music player will work

i think the software installed may not support the files of your type

well, first check your mem. card if it fits the specification e.g. <= 2 gb, good company, etc and having proper music files. if there are music files in phone memory, check their folder and put them in music files. this should work


if not, check a nearby centre

wmp11 doesn't work properly with this device (see elsewhere in the forums).

suggest you go back to wmp10 or just use windows explorer to drag and drop files onto the samsung.
